Dr. Orly Savion is a biotechnology executive and CEO of Alagene, where she leads innovative R&D solutions with a focus on business strategy and product development.
Her career spans leadership roles in venture capital, startups, and technology transfer, fostering partnerships with global pharma, agriculture, and food companies.
Dr. Savion holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Cell and Structural Biology, along with MSc and BSc degrees in Biotechnology and Food Engineering, reflecting her deep technical and strategic expertise.
Dr. Agmon is the Vice President of Research and Development at Alagene, where she drives advancements in synthetic biology, molecular engineering, and sustainable biotechnology.
She holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Microbiology and Biotechnology from Tel Aviv University, with postdoctoral work at Johns Hopkins and NYU focusing on complex DNA structures and multigene pathways.
Previously at Neochromosome, she led teams in engineering large-scale DNA sequences and automating bioengineering processes.
